Council Service Center Hours- MW 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, TT 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, F 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hours subject to change due to weather or staffing).
Location & Directions:
The Service Center is located next to the Nissan Dealer (Flagpole Nissan) on the Oneonta's South Side on State Route 23. Look for a very large American Flag. The Service Center is next door. Get directions here.
